Rules

• This survey is an exercise to measure the effectiveness of the teachers and continously improve the teaching methodolgy of our school.
• The survey is done anonymously and as you can see, we are not capturing the name of the student as we want this feedback to be constructive and discrete.
• Please give your correct feedback so that we can assess and improve in those areas.
• All the students from your class will be taking this survey and all the ratings will be merged as a collective rating of the class.
• Please enter the OTP provided by staff during the survey period and you can give your feedback in this stipulated period of 45 mins only.
• This OTP is valid for this class, this survey period only and will not work once used.
• Please try to give feedback on all the questions and all the teachers.
